Value Add

At Green Mountain Investment Group we focus on value add opportunities by acquiring properties that have been poorly managed and maintained. We reposition these assets through branding, renovations, and proper management and achieve a greater overall property which enhances the community.

Strategy

We plan to use our prior experience with both residential and multifamily acquisitions to source deals in emerging markets that fit our strict investing model.

  • We are hyper selective in choosing which markets to target using only actual data and statistics to determine viable markets.

  • We build broker and property management relations in the top 3 markets we select

  • Using a combination of our own private capital and private investor funds we will seek and acquire 5–25 unit multifamily apartment complexes that meets our strict investing criteria

  • Multiple property managers are interviewed and we will select the one that most aligns with our goals for that specific property

  • Our timeline for each property will be between 3-5 years depending on market conditions, plus property and investor needs
